Fuku is a decentralized options marketplace for NFTs. NFT owners can sell call options on their digital assets to earn immediate premiums while prospective buyers can pay up-front to lock in a future purchase price.

Fuku operates on a peer-to-peer model where NFT owners create option listings and buyers view the open marketplace to complete orders. Options are represented as non-fungible tokens and can be openly traded on marketplaces such as Opensea and LooksRare.

Using a hybrid off-chain/on-chain architecture, users create listings/counteroffers using EIP-712 signatures to reduce gas spending and promote efficient user experience.
